I weighed myself this morning.
185 pounds again! Woohoo!
It was only a few days ago that I was 190 pounds. And I had been kicking myself for gaining the weight back again after being 183 pounds for 2 weeks in a row.
The only difference in losing the weight this time around was that I had been walking on the treadmill 30 minutes a day (for the past 3 days) and was eating mostly vegetarian and keeping in the raw cabbage salads.
It was the fastest 5 pounds I've lost in...well, ever. Apart from the time I first started this diet, which freaked me out a bit. Because there were nutrients I was missing and I thought maybe I was just losing muscle mass.
But now I'm not panicky about it. I increased my protein with the veggie burgers and made sure I was getting enough calcium and such, so there was no way I was losing muscle. The only conclusion I can come to now is that a vegetarian/raw diet works.
It works! Yippee!
I wonder how long it will take me to get down to 179 pounds...:)
